Warming Up To a New Dynamic

Hugo walks into LFF on a Monday to train his chest and back. He has a plan: bench press, followed by a seated row, dumbbell flies, lat pull-downs, cable cross-overs, and t-bar rows. He’s even going to do some crunches afterward to hit his abs. But he first decides that he needs to warm up for a while because a quality warm-up is always important to get the muscles ready to begin a training session.
