Kimberlee’s Story: Feeling Better at 47 Than She Did at 27

Kimberlee worked out at Lifestyle Family Fitness for about one year, but wasn’t getting noticeable results. That’s when she decided to train with Zach. She says, “I wish I would have had his wonderful advice at the start, as he takes all the guess work out of my fitness program.

She quickly saw results by working closely with her trainer, Zach, and devoted a lot of hard work to get her body in shape. When Kimberlee started her fitness program, she had 37% body fat and weighed in at 142 pounds. Now she is down to 14% body fat and weighs 111 pounds.

She says, “It wasn’t long before I could see and feel the difference with my body thanks to the help of Zach. I feel better at the age of 47 than I did in my 20s.”
