Rita’s Story: Hello fabulous

Rita remembers being “small” only two times in her life. At 219 pounds, she joined Lifestyle Family Fitness and began training with Kyle, a personal trainer. Kyle helped Rita learn how to lose weight, build muscle, tone up and eat the right foods for her body type.

Rita’s Goals: 

To lose weight, fit into a size 8 and learn more about nutrition, exercising and how to live healthy.

Before: 48 inches Now: 40.5 inches

She says, “I truly believe that my lack of knowledge about nutrition played a major role in causing my weight to fluctuate.”

Rita was dedicated. She hit the gym five days a week and walked an average of 12 miles on Saturday at Duke Trails. She says, “Everything that Kyle taught me has made me feel and look good all over!”

She now weighs 176 pounds, lost 12 inches on her waist and has made being healthy a life long passion.
