Sarah’s Story: 30 Pounds Gone, Hello Size 2 Jeans

Sarah’s Goals:

Improve overall health and introduce proper nutrition into her diet.

Before: 150 pounds Now: 120 pounds

Before: 34% Now: 16%

Overall
Improved energy, strength, overall well being and she went from a size 10 to a size 2.

During high school and college, Sarah was in pretty good shape, but as she got older, her schedule became busier. After she got married and started working full time, before she knew it, she didn’t recognize her body anymore.

She knew she had to get back in shape, not only to fit into her size 4 jeans, but for her overall health because heart disease, cancer and stroke run on both sides of her family.

She and her husband joined Lifestyle Family Fitness and began working with personal trainer Renae Williams. Within the first couple of months training, she started to see results.

She noticed she had more energy, strength and endurance than when she was a teenager and her clothes were starting to fit looser!

Sarah says, “My workouts with Renae were always varied so I was never bored; and she taught me so much about different exercises and muscle groups so that I’m able to work out on my own.”

As of today, Sarah has lost 30 pounds, dropped her body fat by 18% and officially wears size 2 jeans!

    Congratulations Sarah! Was your 30lb weightloss all bodyfat? If so, how long did it take you and how did you vary your diet?
