SilverSneakers Fall Festival – Week of October 3 – All Clubs Offering SilverSneakers
Enjoy fitness, fun and a potluck lunch at the SilverSneakers Fall Festival! SilverSneakers parties will take place during the week of October 3, 2011. All LFF clubs offering SilverSneakers will host a Fall Festival themed celebration. Check with your Lifestyle Family Fitness club for specific party dates and times.
The SilverSneakers Fall Festival at your LFF club will include:
1. A 45-minute fitness class – Get a feel for how much fun group fitness can be with a senior fitness class that will include themed music, decorations and giveaways.
2. Food and drinks – Meet new people and bring your favorite fall dish to share for a potluck breakfast or lunch with fellow SilverSneakers members.
3. LFF mini orientation - Take a 10- to 20-minute “mini-tour” of your Lifestyle Family Fitness gym and learn about club amenities including resistance training and cardio equipment and our Lifeworks and LifeCenter tools.
4. Wellness workshop – Get answers to all your health and wellness questions from SilverSneakers representatives and other senior health care providers that will be on-site.
Bring a guest for FREE to this fun-filled event and celebrate fall in fitness style.
