1.)  Variety is the spice of life

I know if I miss a group fitness class, my friends will ask me where I was!  This little extra factor of accountability is a great way to get on the path to reaching your goals.  Much the same as why working with a personal trainer can help you reach your fitness goals, the group classes can keep you on track as well.

    Let me tell you about the best Zumba class ever… “Gabi you are the bomb!” When I first heard of Zumba I was interested, but when I attended the class at the OP location. It was the beginning of something new and refreshing.. Ladies, we work it out! Come and enjoy the sound of latin music and the moves to Gabi’s tune.. I feel great after these classes… I love it and invite you to come and join the party with myself, Gabi and friends! I challenge all my Co-Workers to come out and give it a try. You will love it!
